“Job shadowing” was another activity carried out under the Erasmus Accreditation by Ms. Barbara Tarnowska-Mazan at a Catholic primary school in Eger 🇭🇺. Each day spent at the institution focused on a different area of the school’s work 🏫📚. The teacher had the opportunity to observe modern teaching methods, the use of digital technologies in education 💻📱, and a unique approach to motivating students 🌟. She was especially impressed by the openness of the teachers and their approach based on trust and partnership 🤝❤️. She also saw practical solutions that can be implemented in our school to better respond to students’ needs and solve their problems more effectively 🧩✅. The inspirations she gained will certainly contribute to further professional development and enhance everyday work with students 📖✨.
