"Algorithm of the future - robotics and programming for primary schools" is a project implemented by the Scientific Association Social Space and Environment, within the framework of the MEiN programme "Social Responsibility of Science II". The aim of the project is to raise pupils' competences in the field of robotics and programming and to increase knowledge of this subject among teachers, headmasters.

As part of the project, classes in robotics and programming were held at our school for pupils in primary school grades I-III. The workshop for pupils was conducted by Dr Tomasz Warzocha, a doctor of pedagogy, engineer and trainer - an academic lecturer experienced in conducting classes in programming and robotics for children. ACCREDITATION DOCUMENT

TEACHING ASSIGNMENT IN SPAIN

Teaching assignemt was another activity planned as part of our accredtitation in Erasmus+. In February 2024 I had a chance to teach English in Spain, which was a very unusual experience for me. I prepared lessons about modal verbs, relative clauses, tenses. There were a lot of speaking activities, especially about Poland, similarities and differences about both countries. If you do something once, you will learn new things - I hope Spanish students took advantage of my stay there as well.

ANDERSEN'S FAIRY TALES IN THE THEATRE

At the end of January, pre-school children had the opportunity to watch a theatre performance of Andersen's Fairy Tales, staged at the Zorza Cinema in Rzeszów by the Poznań Actor's Theatre. The performance watched live was a great adventure for everyone. Beautiful costumes, decorations, the play of lights and the dialogue between the actors and the audience meant that for over an hour we were in a world full of fantasy, to which 'Mr Andersen' invited us. The preschoolers watched the fairy tales with interest: "Piggyback", "The King's New Clothes" and "The Ugly Duckling", and it was through them that they learned what friendship, tolerance is and how important it is, and that every person, regardless of their appearance, deserves respect. The theatrical performance provided the little spectators with super fun and a wonderful experience. "

GREEN ECOACADEMY II

Class 2a once again participated in nature activities as part of the Green EcoAcademy project. This time the pupils created their own natural batteries! They used lemons, potatoes, Cu and Zn electrodes. The children learned that fruit and vegetable juice can conduct electricity because it is an electrolyte - this means that there are ions in it that carry electricity. The second-graders listened with interest to Ms Marlena's instructions, followed the instructions, and were rewarded for their patience and concentration with correctly constructed circuits and working fruit and vegetable clocks.
