A COURSE IN MALTA – ERASMUS+
From
May 18 to 20, a course titled “Effective Communication for Teachers” took place
in Valletta, the capital of Malta . Two teachers from our school π©π«π©π« participated in the
training.
The
course was implemented as part of the Erasmus+ accreditationπ✈️, which enables teachers to enhance their professional
competencies and develop skills in an international environment ππ€.
The
training focused on developing communication skills π£️π¬, which play a key role in a teacher’s daily
work. The participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge of
effective interpersonal communication, active listening π, building positive relationships with students π, and communicating effectively in situations requiring
cooperation and conflict resolution π€⚖️.
An
important part of the course was also improving communication skills in a
multicultural environment ππ§π€π§, as well as
exchanging experiences with teachers from various European countries.
