A COURSE IN MALTA – ERASMUS+
From
May 18 to 20, a course titled “Effective Communication for Teachers” took place
in Valletta, the capital of Malta . Two teachers from our school 👩🏫👩🏫 participated in the
training.
The
course was implemented as part of the Erasmus+ accreditation📚✈️, which enables teachers to enhance their professional
competencies and develop skills in an international environment 🌍🤝.
The
training focused on developing communication skills 🗣️💬, which play a key role in a teacher’s daily
work. The participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge of
effective interpersonal communication, active listening 👂, building positive relationships with students 😊, and communicating effectively in situations requiring
cooperation and conflict resolution 🤝⚖️.
An
important part of the course was also improving communication skills in a
multicultural environment 🌎🧑🤝🧑, as well as
exchanging experiences with teachers from various European countries.
