A COURSE IN MALTA – ERASMUS+
From
May 18 to 20, a course titled “Effective Communication for Teachers” took place
in Valletta, the capital of Malta . Two teachers from our school ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ซ participated in the
training.
The
course was implemented as part of the Erasmus+ accreditation๐✈️, which enables teachers to enhance their professional
competencies and develop skills in an international environment ๐๐ค.
The
training focused on developing communication skills ๐ฃ️๐ฌ, which play a key role in a teacher’s daily
work. The participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge of
effective interpersonal communication, active listening ๐, building positive relationships with students ๐, and communicating effectively in situations requiring
cooperation and conflict resolution ๐ค⚖️.
An
important part of the course was also improving communication skills in a
multicultural environment ๐๐ง๐ค๐ง, as well as
exchanging experiences with teachers from various European countries.
