MUNICIPAL YOUTH COUNCIL

 

On 24 October, the first meeting of the 7th term of the Municipal Youth Council was held at the Municipal Centre for Culture, Sport and Recreation – branch in Świlcza! 🙌

The most important point of the meeting was the swearing-in of new councillors, the receipt of certificates from Mayor Dawid Homa and Communal Council Chairwoman Joanna Wdowik-Mika, and the election of the presidium 💪

👏 Szymon Ryba, a pupil at Cardinal S. Wyszyński Primary School No. 1 in Bratkowice, was elected chairperson.

👏 Oliwia Bułas from Stanisław Dąmbski Primary School in Rudna Wielka was elected vice-chairperson.

👏 Secretary – Maja Górska from St. John Paul II Primary School No. 2 in Bratkowice

🗳 The ballot counting committee consisted of Julia Dworak, Natalia Daleka, Franciszek Uszyński and Kacper Rzepka.

💬 During the meeting, speeches were given by, among others, the Mayor of Świlcza Municipality, Dawid Homa, the previous supervisor of the Youth Council, Damian Trala, who thanked everyone for their years of cooperation, and lawyer Marcin Rupar.

We warmly congratulate our student, Oliwka Bułas, who is second year in a row in the authorities of the Municipal Youth Council!!!
