In March, two dedicated Polish teachers embarked on an enriching job shadowing experience in Greece as part of the Erasmus program. This initiative allowed them to immerse themselves in the Greek educational system, observe teaching methods, and exchange best practices with their Greek counterparts. The experience not only broadened their professional horizons but also fostered cultural understanding and collaboration between the two countries. By participating in classroom activities and engaging with students, the Polish teachers gained valuable insights that they could bring back to their own schools, enhancing their teaching strategies and contributing to a more interconnected European educational community.
