JOB SHADOWING IN GREECE

 In March, two dedicated Polish teachers embarked on an enriching job shadowing experience in Greece as part of the Erasmus program. This initiative allowed them to immerse themselves in the Greek educational system, observe teaching methods, and exchange best practices with their Greek counterparts. The experience not only broadened their professional horizons but also fostered cultural understanding and collaboration between the two countries. By participating in classroom activities and engaging with students, the Polish teachers gained valuable insights that they could bring back to their own schools, enhancing their teaching strategies and contributing to a more interconnected European educational community.

The youngest students of our school enjoyed a sunny spring walk on 21st March 2025 and planted some seeds.

We involve the 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders into embracing the nature and its seasons.

JOB SHADOWING IN POLAND

 

THREE TEACHERS FROM ITALY TO VISIT OUR SCHOOL

Three teachers from Italy - Alessandro, Gulia and Sabina - came to our school from March 10 to 12, 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ program for a “job shadowing”, which consisted of observing various lessons and learning about the work of a Polish school. In addition to the traditional lessons, they also took part in the passporting of 1st grade students as readers. During the visit, they also had the opportunity to visit picturesque Łańcut, known for its beautiful castle, and Rzeszów, full of modern attractions. During meetings with students and teachers, the Italian guests presented their country, sharing culture, traditions and interesting facts. The exchange of experiences was extremely valuable, enriching both Polish and Italian teachers with new teaching methods and inspiration for further educational work.

AN INVITED EXPERT

 

VISIT OF AN EXPERT AS PART OF THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAM

From March 3-7, our school had the honor of hosting Paolo Ramalhoto as part of the Erasmus+ program. As an invited expert, Mr. Ramalhoto conducted classes in English for students in grades IV-VIII, presenting his country and school located near Porto, Portugal. In addition, he conducted a workshop for teachers on the use of artificial intelligence in education, demonstrating the Almanack.ai tool, which allows lesson planning and task generation based on an uploaded curriculum.

The expert's visit was not limited to teaching work. On Thursday, March 6, with favorable weather, the students of Class IV took part in a tour of Rudna Wielka. During the tour, we presented our town, took commemorative photos on the bridge and visited the stadium.

We sincerely thank Mr. Ramalhoto for the visit and hope to continue our fruitful cooperation in future years of our accreditation.
