A VR LESSON

A VIRTUAL LESSON BY WR SPORT A virtual reality lesson immerses students in a 3D, interactive environment where they can explore and learn in a highly engaging way. Using VR headsets, students could experience playing various sports like football or basketball, all in the school gym. This technology enhances understanding by providing a hands-on experience that traditional methods can not match. VR lesson also caters to different learning styles, making education more inclusive and effective. Overall, VR lessons make learning more dynamic, memorable, and fun for students. And it was like this in our school today.

Pupils' Christmas parties

Before the Christmas break every class meets at a Christmas party prepared by their parents.

The meetings are held at school. We sing carols, sit at a Christmas table, try traditional food and share the wafer.

You can see the photos of 1st graders below:

HEARTS FOR COURAGE

The youngest pupils of our school made Christmas cards for World War II veternas.

In this symbolic way we say thank you to those who fought for independence of Poland.

Students learnt that thanks to them they can study at school, play games, dance and paint.

Pen-friends from Finland

This school year our 5th graders are writing snail mail letters to Finnish pupils in Martinniemen school, in Finland.

In May 2024  two English teachers from our school visited that Finnish school and got to know better their system of education. Due to that visit cooperation between our schools began.

We truly believe that the idea of penpals in today's virtual world is unique and very enhancing for our pupils. Children enjoy creating and decorating the letters, they even made Christmas cards. The letters received from Finland brought a lot of joy to them.

Our language learners will simply be motivated by a desire to learn a new skill and to enjoy the experience of doing so:)

That's the best way of getting to know different cultures and traditions also!

Visiting Santa's Village in Bratkowice

The youngest pupils of our school visited Santa's Village in Bratkowice just before Christmas.

Children talked with Santa Claus, meet alpaca's owner and had a chance to feed the cutest animals, as it was still too warm to see the reindeer ;)

Students made little tealights and drank super tasty hot chocolate. They played games outside and sang carols.
